When host Michael Moore learns that Ted Turner may run for president, he decides to launch a plan to change his mind. Since Turner owns 1.5 million acres, he reasons, he already has his own country to rule and doesn't need the presidency. Moore names the new country Turdonia, and he designs a flag, currency, and a national anthem to make it official. In another segment, a satirical advertisement promotes "Teen Sniper School," a place where kids learn how to clean guns and shoot straight. Finally, Moore wonders if Swiss banks would be more willing to return money stolen from the Jews during World War II if the right person asked for it. The camera crew follows a man resembling Adolf Hitler as he enters a number of Swiss banks and asks to make withdrawals. After a number of failures, he stands on a street corner with a can asking for donations.
