A 35-year-old man-child struggles to accept adulthood after landing his first serious job and learning that his girlfriend is pregnant in this introspective comedy-drama from Norway. Henrik (Henrik Rafaelsen) may be in his mid-30s, but he and his tight-knit circle of friends still party like college students. He's still coddled by his mother, and his relationship with his girlfriend Tone seems based on their mutual immaturity. Things start to get serious, however, when Tone announces she is pregnant, and the couple move into a prefab duplex. Now with each passing week the pressure to grow up builds, and despite doing his best to act like an adult, childish Henrik finds his increasingly suppressed wild side emerging at the most inopportune times imaginable. Will Henrik ever learn to act his age?
