Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Adventures of Kitty Cobb was adapted from a series of newspaper cartoons drawn by James Montgomery Flagg (of "Uncle Sam Wants YOU!" fame) for the New York World. Julia Swayne Gordon plays Kitty Cobb, a Long Island lass who heads to New York City in hopes of landing a handsome inventor (Jack Hopkins) for her husband. She finds work in the theatrical district, while the inventor busies himself designing a Secret Weapon. When a sinister foreign spy (Howard Missimer) tries to steal the invention, plucky Kitty prevents him from doing so. Running far afield of the continuity established by Flagg's comic strip, The Adventures of Kitty Cobb was an early filmmaking effort from a clan of former theatre owners known as the Warner Brothers.
