Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

War veteran Dick Hatton takes a position as a ranch hand and is soon enamored of the owner's attractive niece (Phyllis Dale). That, naturally, arouses the ire of the ubiquitous jealous foreman. Produced by Ben Wilson, The Action Craver was directed by Victor Potel, the bean-pole looking comedian so memorable as Crowbar, the Indian in The Egg and I. Unfortunately, not even Potel could enliven Dick Hatton, an especially colorless silent western star.
