Synopsis by Jeanette Martin

Jordan (Billy Campbell) cashes in on his abduction by opening a 4400 center; and Tom (Joel Gretsch) is restored to duty by the NTAC's skeptical new chief (Samantha Ferris). Meanwhile, Diana (Jacqueline McKenzie) adopts Maia (Conchita Campbell); and Richard, Lily and their baby hide from Jordan and the NTAC in a remote cabin.
