Synopsis by Hal Erickson

Future Larry Sanders Show and Arrested Development co-star Jeffrey Tambor appears in this episode as self-pitying congressman Walter Griswold (Jeffrey Tambor). Convinced that he is now, always has been, and always will be a loser with the ladies, Griswold evokes the sympathy of cabbie Alex (Judd Hirsch). Hoping to boost Griswold's confidence, Alex arranges a date between the congressman and Elaine (Marilu Henner) -- and if Elaine can't make a man feel better about himself, NO one can!
