While the title may lead some to believe that this is simply a look at the art of the tattoo, this explicit and sometimes disturbing journey into the world of body modification is intended for mature, strong-willed viewers only. Join host Lauren as she takes viewers on a guided tour of the world's most shocking and outrageous body modification festival. Of course there's plenty of brilliant, lovingly detailed tattoos on display, but for viewers unmoved by simple ink there are also sleazy dancing girls, a highly flexible rubber man, worm-eating crazies, and fearless body staplers. A tug of war between two opponents who have had steel hooks inserted into their hides is sure to have viewers peeking nervously through their fingers, and a beauty who dances for the audience while suspended by hooks in her skin proves that pain is a state of mind easily overcome by some.
