A risqué reality show becomes the setting for a violent bloodbath when the crew of "Survive This" discovers that the island their show is being shot on has a dark history. It was supposed to be the beginning of a new trend - the "R" rated reality show - but when the cameras start to roll the heads are fast to follow. By the time the sexy contestants learn the dark secret of Pirate Island, survival has taken precedence over treasure hunting and the only thing that matters is getting off this cursed isle alive.
