Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

A blusterous Broadway singer falls asleep and awakens as a young girl in the home of her youth, where she rediscovers the importance of faith and family, in this religious-themed bluegrass musical. Rebecca Roles (Margo Smith) has had an illustrious career, but she's got a thing or two to learn about compassion, grace, and kindness. Her final performance mere hours away, the retiring diva lies down for a much-needed nap before kissing the spotlight goodbye forever. After falling asleep in the 21st Century, however, Rebecca wakes up back in 1958, when she was just a 17 year old girl living in the Appalachian foothills with her eccentric hillbilly family. Everything is exactly as she remembers it. And while her family doesn't have much, they make the most of what they've got. Life was simple back then, but somewhere along the line Rebecca lost her values. Perhaps this blast from the past will help her remember what's important before it's too late.
