Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

The first of three Thelma Todd-ZaSu Pitts two-reel comedies directed by former gag man George Marshall, Strictly Unreliable featured the dowdy Pitts as a stage-struck spinster who stumbles onto the wicked stage during the blonde Todd's vaudeville turn. As always, the girls benefited from a strong supporting cast, this time including Billy Gilbert, Charlie Hall, Bud Jamison, Charlotte Nemo, and future Three Stooges foil Symona Boniface.
