Shot in locales ranging from the Dominican Republic to the streets of Brooklyn and Washington Heights, Stone Cold Killers revolves around four individuals on the wrong side of the American dream. Rather than picking themselves up by the bootstraps in the traditional fashion, they prefer dealing drugs from their Washington apartment. Eventually, their lives -- and trade -- are permanently and tragically altered when their street runner is shot and killed by a rookie police officer.
