Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Chris Ryan's documentary Still We Ride showcases how the New York City police department cracked down on many individuals who were doing nothing illegal during the 2004 Republican Convention. Many of the people arrested were members of a traditional bicycle riding group, and the filmmakers use the events to spotlight both the benefits of bike travel, and the encroachment of civil liberties suffered by some during the Bush administration's war on terror.
