This documentary focuses on the career of singer and songwriter Stevie Nicks, from her early partnership with Lindsey Buckingham through the duo's addition to Fleetwood Mac which would result in some of the most iconic music of the seventies, especially the classic album Rumors. The filmmakers utilize archival footage, and new interviews with contemporaries who worked with the band in shaping that best-selling record in order to make the case that Nicks has never been given enough credit for her contribution to the band.
