Synopsis by Maggie Sadler
In 1969, Buddy the dog (Nick Frost) ventured into space as part of his scientist owner's new experiment. Decades later, he returns to Earth to find pets have been outlawed. Buddy then teams up with Felix (Luke Evans), a clever cat, on a mission to restore harmony between humans and pets on Earth using Buddy's newfound powers and Felix's savvy in modern technology. Written and directed by Ben Smith, Gemma Arterton, Bill Nighy, and Charli D'Amelio.
