Searching for a missing medical transport, the Enterprise encounters an alien brother and sister: Rabal (Michael Corbett) and Serova (Margaret Reed). Insisting that ships using warp drive (the Enterprise for example) are destroying their portion universe, the siblings are determined to prove that their theory is true, and they're willing to resort to any measures to do so.
