A 15-year-old boy pushing his older sister on a gurney walks into an OR in an upscale hospital, pulls a gun and takes everyone hostage---including a patient undergoing heart-bypass surgery. The sister is dying of cancer after having been bounced from clinic to clinic. Now the boy's demanding that Dr. Khoury, a celebrated surgeon, treat her, but the doctor is nowhere to be found.
