The Choir and Orchestra of the Bach Colleguim Japan gather an ensemble of roughly fifty musicians under the lead of Masaaki Suzuki to perform the "St. John Passion" in this performance captured live at Tokyo's Suntory Hall. Soloists featured in this performance include Chiyuki Urano, Robin Blaze, Gerd Tuerck, Miduri Suzuki, and Stephan MacLeod.
