Synopsis by Tana Hobart
When four bright young adolescents formulate secret plans (based on some of their toys) in blueprint form, suddenly the kids find themselves on everyone's most wanted list when the KGB is sold these plans and the CIA would really like to talk to the kids about it. Good family movie.
