Synopsis by Violet LeVoit
Convicted of sexually assaulting two young girls in 1994, four Latina lesbians fight to prove their innocence after decades in prison. This documentary examines the possibility that the charges stemmed from homophobic prejudice and the "satanic ritual abuse" panic of the '80s and '90s, and even interviews one of the alleged victims as she recants her original testimony. Directed by Deborah Esquenazi.
