South Park caps its second season with an episode titled "Prehistoric Ice Man." When Kenny, Kyle, Stan, and Eric stumble across a man frozen in a block of ice, mad scientist Mephisto assures them that the man dates back to 1996. As the boys fight for credit over the discovery, the now unfrozen man is put on display in Mephisto's lab. Dance band Ace of Base and crocodile hunter Steve Irwin are just a pair of the pop culture figures satirized in this typically irreverent episode of South Park.
