Synopsis
"Soul of India" examines relations between Hindus and Muslims in the northwestern Indian state of Gujarat, where some 2000 Muslims died in sectarian strife during 2002. The film also explores the conflict in India between religious fundamentalists and proponents of a secular state. Directed by Steven Silver.
