Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
Emil (Birger Jensen) is the moody artist who can't bring himself to paint. He only becomes more unhappy when his bubbly girlfriend (Elsebeth Reingaard) constantly tries to cheer him up. The two drink afternoon tea and make love until the hapless Emil conspires to escape. He runs away and takes a job as a welder in a shipyard. His girlfriend tracks him down and brings the laconic artist back home for another forced cheerleading session.
