The Sliders have landed on a planet where everyone is blissfully happy--so much so that Quinn (Jerry O'Connell) may give up his search for Kromagg Prime and remain in his new home permanently. The only person who expresses anything other than unbridled joy is a sad-eyed little girl (Antoinette Picatto), who has been consumed with grief ever since she witnessed her grandfather jumping into a pure-energy chasm. Ultimately the girl jumps as well, but not before transferring all her sorrow to Rembrandt (Cleavant Derricks)...who may end up spreading his murderous melancholy to everyone he meets.
