Not dissimilar to the later, internationally syndicated British adventure series Zero One, Skyport took place in a large London airport which looked a lot like Heathrow. George Moon headed the cast in this chronicle of the adventures of an air traffic controller who somehow managed to get mixed up in danger and intrigue along with the airport's security staff. Among the supporting cast were such future stars as Lisa Gastoni and Barry Foster. The 52 half-hour episodes of Skyport were broadcast by ITV from 1959 to 1960.
