Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
In this children's drama, a youthful gang of cyclists find themselves wrongfully accused of stealing bikes from a manufacturer and end up barred from the local track. Unfortunately, they had been using the track to train for the big race. Fortunately, they are able to catch the real culprits. The company rewards them by repaving their track.
