Dance instructors Roberto Reyes and Tricia Sampson-Reyes demonstrate three basic moves for several fast-paced Latin dances. Tricia and Roberto explain the basic "Latin motion" that allows dancers to move with seductive grace. A variety of Latin rhythms are also described; many of them require special, high-energy steps.
