The very real dangers of venereal disease provide the framework of this informational Canadian docu-drama. The basic story concerns a hard-working health officer who tries to keep his town morally and physically clean. Meanwhile a corrupt town councilman's daughter is infected and this causes him to re-evaluate his life and go straight. The presentation of the subject matter is done in a nonexploitative manner.
