Simply Spoga offers a thirty-minute Yoga inspired workout designed to increase vitality. The program offers sections on breathing, relaxation, meditation, and offers a variety of basic positions. The workout has been broken down into three different ten-minute section in case the viewer does not have thirty minutes to spare at one time during the course of a day.
