An underground rebel waging war on the Federal Reserve falls into a romance with a conservative federal agent who begins questioning his loyalty to the tyrannical institution. Zoe Taylor (voice of Philana Mia) and her army of freedom fighters have created a new form of silver-based currency in a direct bid to take back power from the Federal Reserve. Upon seeing one of her fighters killed during a protest of the Department of Housing Stability, Zoe unleashes her fury on stuffy federal agent Jay Nelson (voice of De'Lon Grant). Surprisingly, Zoe's words ring true to Agent Nelson, and before long he's experiencing a serious crisis of conscience. As the fighting between the rebels and the Federal Reserve intensifies, Agent Nelson must look inward in order to recognize the true enemy.
