James Dalthorp directs the direct-to-video action film Lethal Force (also known as Cottonmouth and Silent Justice). Richard Tyson plays vigilante Texas cop Thomas Carruth, who strikes out on his own after his partner is killed. Lethal Force stars Robert Vaughn as State Judge Mancini and Michelle Stafford as District Attorney Rene.
