Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
When a irresponsible construction worker goes off to a Black Sea vacation, his foreman is left to watch after his unruly children who revel in skipping school. He also deals with workers who fall in love as everyone tries to make the best of what can best be described as a bleak economic situation.
