Everyone knows that physical fitness is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle, but as the demands of daily living take an increasingly heavy toll on our psychological well-being, many folks forget to maintain a healthy emotional, mental, and spiritual state of mind. In this series, instructor Shaun McGeahy offers a workout for both the body and the chakra. As the viewer works out, effectively melting away pounds and inches, the motivational music is enhanced by subconscious weight-loss suggestions that are inaudible to the human ear. As a result of this Subliminal Persuasion, positive suggestions are filtered directly into the Sub-Mind, reinforcing healthy behavior. A choice of three, twelve-minute dance workouts allows the viewer to begin at their own comfort level, while an additional thirty-minute workout combines all three smaller segments into one invigorating exercise session.
