This animated adventure tells the story of Lopaka, a boy who travels the waters that surround his island home with his best friend Flipper the dolphin. The two run into trouble when they meet up with Dexter, the mean octopus who rules over the sunken city of Quetzo. Can these two sea-farers deal with Dexter as well as a giant volcano?
