Three aimless twenty-somethings drift through life in this fantasy-tinged drama. Carrie wants to be a writer but must support herself by living with her mother and working at a clothing store. Her pal Eric, hates his job. Carrie's childhood buddy Kevin can't cope with reality. While constantly moving from minimum wage job to job, he fantasizes about returning to Seldom, the magical land he and Carrie accidentally stumbled into one day. In Seldom life was a series of exciting adventures and tea parties. Unfortunately, the children had to return to their mundane Earthly lives. Kevin remains obsessed with the place and spends much time figuring out a way to return forever. This being a fantasy film, he just may succeed.
