Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
This is the fifth documentary that covers the 1964 Tokyo Olympic games. The main point is to illustrate the part the Japanese had in bringing about the international event and the film appears to be a self-indulgent exercise in the glorification of the committee. The footage is taken from several other features that have apparently been poorly edited with no regard to continuity.
