Synopsis by Rovi
The Middle Eastern influence flows through the show like the Euphrates river, with such commercials as "Arab Investment: You Won't Regret It Effendi" and previews for the film epic "How the Middle East Was Won." This episode also marks the first teaming of Billy Sol Hurok (John Candy) and Big Jim McBob (Joe Flaherty) on "Farm Film Report," in which the duo reviews films in which people "blowed up real good!" Plus, there's a spoof of the old TV series The Millionaire in which the now-impoverished title character (Flaherty) dispatches Michael Anthony (Candy) to hand out 50-dollar checks. Plus: Bob Bond (Dave Thomas) discusses common misperceptions about falcons and oysters; and Lou Jaffe (Eugene Levy) interviews entrepreneur Harvey K-Tel (Thomas).
