Synopsis by Sean Hurley
Sculptor Isamu Noguchi imagined that, in the future, the Earth would serve as the sculptor's medium. This audacious vision compelled Noguchi to focus his creativity on this grand scale, sculpting the Earth in the form of gardens, parks, and other public spaces. Through the use of archival footage, tours of the spaces Noguchi designed, interviews with contemporaries and with Noguchi himself, the viewer is drawn into the world of this illustrious and important artist.
