Billy Sol (John Candy) and Big Jim (Joe Flaherty) persuade The Boomtown Rats to sing "Never in a Million Years" -- and then maneuver them into blowin' up reeeeal good -- on the newest episode of "Farm Film Report." The SCTV Movie of the Week is "Teacher's Pet" in which Ricardo Montalban (Eugene Levy) tames a wild urban high school with some fancy swordplay. The McKenzie brothers (Rick Moranis, Dave Thomas) extend the coverage of "The Great White North" to the three Great Lakes, the Provinces, and the Maritimes. Former muckraking newsman Bill Needle (Dave Thomas) "welcomes" guest stars Rupert Holmes (Eugene Levy) and Chuck Mangione (Rick Moranis) to his new game show (or at least we think it's a game show) "Shoot for the Stars." And Monster Chiller Horror Theater serves up "Dr. Tongue's Evil House of Pancakes." All this, plus reruns of such classic SCTV sketches as "Ben Hur, Parts I through IV" and "The Lone Ranger Show."
