This British game show was aimed squarely at younger viewers, though any adults tuning in were certain to have a good time. On each episode, the contestants were asked to identify selected film clips from TV shows and theatrical features, then to answer trivia questions pertaining to those clips. In between rounds, the series offered a "Young Filmmaker of the Year" competition, with precocious kiddies competing for the main prize. Co-hosted by Brian Trueman of Danger Mouse and Count Duckula fame, Screen Test was shown over the BBC from 1976 to 1984.
