Federico Curiel directed this Santo adventure, pitting the heroic wrestler (Rodolfo Guzman Huerta) against a mad scientist named Dr. Zuko, who uses a Frankenstein-like monster to battle the silver-masked avenger. Like many low-budget Mexican films of its time, it was filmed in three short segments to get around regulations imposed by the government and unions regarding the making of feature films. Fernando Casanova stars with Ana Bertha Lepe and Luis Aceves Castaneda. The wrestling superhero returned in Santo contra el Rey del Crimen the same year.
