Synopsis by Nathan Southern
The Opera National de Paris mounted this production of Antonin Dvorak's lyric fairy tale opera Rusalka in 2002, starring Renee Fleming as the title character, Larissa Diadkova as Jezibaba, Sergei Larin as The Prince and Franz Hawlata as The Water Spirit. The Orchestra and Chorus of the Opera National de Paris lend musical accompaniment under the baton of James Conlan. Jean Laforge serves as chorus master.
