The release Spit and Sweat captures the quirky pop-rock band Rooney performing in many different venues. Included are eight songs from the final show of their 2004 world tour. Songs from that concert include "Simply Because," "Daisy Duke," and "Pop Stars." Also included are music videos, backstage footage, and interviews with the band members. This release was co-directed by the band's drummer Ned Brower.
