Synopsis by Mark Deming

Former Who vocalist Roger Daltrey celebrated his fiftieth birthday with this concert at New York's Carnegie Hall, in which he pays tribute to the songs of his former bandmate Pete Townshend (who makes a guest appearance, as does the other surviving member of the original Who lineup, John Entwistle). Other guests include David Sanborn, The Chieftains and The Julliard Orchestra, under the direction of Michael Kamen. Songs include I Can See For Miles, Behind Blue Eyes, Love Reign O'er Me and I'm Free.
