Under the direction of Brigadier General Emerson, Dr. Cochran examines Zor, the captured bioroid pilot who has been planted by the Robotech Masters. Suspecting that Zor is a captured Earth civilian brainwashed by the Robotech Masters, Nova Satori of the Global Military Police suggests transferring him to a civilian hospital in the hopes of recovering his memory in less imposing surroundings. Unfortunately, the strategy doesn't work, and Nova spends days trying to make a breakthrough as Supreme Commander Leonard puts increasing pressure on Emerson to get results. Meanwhile, Dana has learned that a captured bioroid pilot is being held at the hospital. Unable to shake the image of Zor from her mind, she decides to pay an unofficial and very unsanctioned late-night hospital visit to get some answers.
