This disastrous low-budget comedy stars Playboy Playmate Kathy Shower as a heroic robot who fights crime and international terrorism. Shower was also the associate producer of the film, but she wisely quit shortly after the start of production, replaced by an unconvincing double. Genre regulars Burt Ward, Jack Carter, and Philip Proctor are wasted as an overweight terrorist, a crippled mad scientist, and a twitchy cop, respectively. Much of the humor revolves around sex, drugs, and prostitution, and director Ed Hansen was replaced by Jeff Mandel (Elves) at about the same time that Shower left the film.
