Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Produced by George Blaisdell for Ben Wilson Productions, this minor silent oater starred pleasant screen cowboy Jack Perrin and his handsome mount, Starlight. Perrin played the title-role, a drifter who saves a young girl from being cheated out of her inheritance by a greedy -- and, as it turns out, murderous -- cousin. A fixture in B-westerns throughout the '20s, Perrin was a pleasant performer whose flair for comedy matched that of Hoot Gibson. Unlike "The Hooter," however, Perrin was never able to break away from low-budget poverty row productions.
