Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
An enforcer from the year 2050 discovers that the law and the truth are two distinctly separate concepts following an unexpected trauma that prompts him to reassess his loyalty to a government gone out of control. Years after a global financial meltdown, freedom has taken a back seat to security, and parents willingly hand their children over to the state in exchange for drugs that block their most painful memories. Should rebellious parents attempt to reunite with their children, Carl Onoway is the man tasked with keeping them separated and maintaining order. Onoway has always performed his job with cold indifference, but his world is turned upside down after a job goes awry, and he begins receiving a series of disturbing messages. Now, as Onoway's distant past comes to light, he will be forced to make a difficult choice that could find him labeled a traitor while setting the stage for revolution.
