Synopsis by Janiss Garza

This Western starring Jack Hoxie) has all the typical elements one would expect: the mortgaged ranch, cattle rustlers, a grizzled old prospector, and a girl in need of saving. Hoxie is hero Phillip Haver, who, along with his friend Toby Jones (Frank Rice -- the old prospector), finds David Ainslee (Jim Welsh) dying in the desert. After rustlers stole his cattle, Ainslee went off in search of a lost mine and fell victim to a killer. Before he kicks the bucket, Ainslee hands Haver a poke of gold dust to pay off the mortgage on the ranch. After meeting Ainslee's daughter Louise (Elinor Field), Haver falls in love with her. Meanwhile, Toby goes looking for the mine, which he eventually locates. The same rustlers that did Ainslee in have been stirring things up and the other ranchers have gotten fed up with their activities. Forming a vigilante committee, Haver rounds up the bad guys in short order. Outlaw Thomas Jefries (Fred Kohler) is found to be Ainslee's killer, and Haver wins the hand of Louise.
