This program is part of the Quick Fix fitness series, offering viewers the choice of three ten-minute workouts than can be customized to fit a busy lifestyle. Quick Fix: Cardio Hip-Hop Workout features three fat and calorie-burning routines based on popular hip-hop dance moves. Previous dance experience is not required; each segment begins with a "life-line" move that students can fall back on if new steps get too complicated. The routines may be performed separately or together; viewers are reminded of the elapsed time by a countdown clock on the screen.
