As the Gaia movement swells, more and more people are looking for ways to connect with Mother Earth. Muskogee Creek Elder and medicine man Bear Heart Williams, in association with Lightworks Audio & Video, put together an interesting look at the ancient wisdom of the Native people. Much akin to the Gaia ideal, Williams' ideology promotes harmony with nature. By using a Zen-like humor and entertaining songs, Williams shows how this Earth First mentality relates to a happy and relaxed every day life.
